: (1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette in order to initiate proceedings and dispose of cases other than what is written in this Act to be punished by the Department, and the Labor Court case hearing officer under the chairmanship of the Judge of the Court of Appeal and recommended by the Judicial Service Commission. A three-member foreign employment tribunal will be constituted with first-class authorized members of the judicial service (2) The term of office of the chairman and members of the Foreign Employment Tribunal shall be four years (3) The service conditions and facilities of the Chairman and members of the Foreign Employment Tribunal shall be as prescribed.
(4) The Foreign Employment Tribunal shall exercise its jurisdiction as prescribed.
(5) Until the tribunal as per this section is formed, the work done by the Foreign Employment Tribunal in accordance with this Act shall be carried out by the relevant district court.
(6) The government of Nepal will provide the necessary personnel for foreign employment adjudication.
